Carmelized Pumpkin Seeds, the healthy mans choice to sunflower seeds. I would recommend getting organic seeds, that are raw with no shell if you’re going to make this recipe. Pumpkin seeds really are a great snack to make and take with you anywhere you go. They are also a lot easier to eat than sunflower seeds, which have the closest taste/texture in my opinion. So send your kids off with a less messy and tastier snack than sunflower seeds and make these seeds! Or take them to work, so you don’t have to worry about where you’ll put your sunflower seed shells. You can just munch Carmelized Pumpkin Seeds all day!
